Understanding Our Workshop Policies
Feeling Under the Weather
If you have recently experienced symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu, such as fever, coughing, and/or difficulty breathing, please get in touch with us to reschedule your workshop date at a time you are feeling better. Masks are optional and would not impede your ability to smell the scents.
Please note, workshop bookings are non refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, we will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking with at least 48 hours notice via email email@example.com.
You will be handling materials (hot wax, scents, pouring, scissors, etc.) that may cause irritation or injury. By purchasing workshop tickets, you are also agreeing to our Release of Liability & Media Policy. We are happy to answer any questions or concerns about the workshop, which we designed with your safety as priority.
Spills and drips are possible; we recommend wearing comfortable clothing without loose sleeves or long hanging accessories.
Photos and Videos
At any point during the workshop, we may take photos or videos that may include you. These photos may be shared on ScentSmoke’s social media, future workshop listings, or the ScentSmoke website. For more information, please see our Release of Liability & Media Policy
